This is necessary to lose weight and keep it off because if you don't eat enough, your body hangs on to fat in anticipation of not getting enough fuel from your food.

that you're not losing weight just yet (you have to stick with this protocol for AT LEAST 4-5 weeks to give your body the time it needs to heal before it can release the weight).
